Sorry if I’ve asked this before but do you eat quinoa or brown rice?? And if not why not?? Thanks 🙂
Hi. I don’t eat any grains because I don’t feel that good after eating them even brown rice. Quinoa is not a grain but I have never had it simply because I haven’t tried it yet.
Cool thanks I’m loving quinoa hoping you would too so it would show up in some of your delicious recipes 😉 so as your “sides” traditionally potato, rice, pasta etc you either omit or use cauliflower or kumera/sweet potato? No lentils or pulses??
I usually just have meat & vegetables as sides. Some times sweet potato or cauliflower mash. I think that we just traditionally think that we need, protein, potato or rice & veg but we actually don’t need that at all. What sort of things do you do with the quinoa? If you want to send me a nice photo & recipe I can put it on my blog and try it myself.
