Lemon & Ginger Tea
I have only been drinking herbal teas for a few years, I use to think that they were a bit tasteless, but I was quite wrong! My favorite tea at the moment is this Ginger and Lemon Tea. With this particular brew the Ginger is quite dominant, I love the spiciness that the Ginger provides.

Apart from Ginger and Lemon Tea being a beautiful, refreshing tea that is great to have daily, it also has many health benefits.

Ginger is great in helping ease digestion and nausea and symptoms of colds, flus or pregnancy. So if you are feeling unwell, drink up! Ginger also has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. They also say that Ginger can help prevent certain Cancers.

Maybe this is why I got through the entire winter (not that we have much of one in Queensland) without a cold or flu!

I also must share with you, that this gorgeous little teacup and saucer is from a tea set that I inherited from my Great Nana. I have 6 cups and saucers, 6 cake plates, a sugar and milk jug and a little serving plate that you would have put little slices or sandwiches on. It is one of my most prized possessions.
